Demand Magic Request an introduction

The impossible, made inevitable.

The handshake that rewrites an industry. The introduction that becomes an empire. The story so good the deal signs itself.

The Practice

Some deals can't be forced. They can only be conjured.

For thirty years I have studied two crafts: magic, and people. The first taught me that the impossible is a matter of preparation. The second taught me that every great partnership begins as a story two sides don't yet know they share.

Demand Magic is where those crafts meet — the practice of taking the partnership everyone says can't happen, and making it feel, in the end, like it was always going to.

How the Impossible Happens

Every impossible partnership happens in three acts.

Act IThe Room.

Nothing extraordinary happens between strangers. I find the people who belong in the same room — founders, physicians, financiers, storytellers — and put them there. The right table, the right moment, the right introduction.

Act IIThe Story.

A deal is a narrative both sides step into. I build the story in which each party can see their own future — then lead them through it, chapter by chapter, until yes feels like the only sensible ending.

Act IIIThe Reveal.

The partnership that couldn't happen, signed. The joint venture nobody saw coming, announced. From the outside it looks like magic. From the inside, it was always inevitable.

Where the Magic Works

The arenas: longevity, media, and artificial intelligence.

  • Longevity Where science negotiates with time.
  • Media Where attention becomes belief.
  • Artificial Intelligence Where everything above accelerates.

Deals measured in eight, nine, and ten figures.

The Man Behind the Curtain

Ryan Kaltman — pen-and-ink stipple portrait

I was born a connector and trained as a storyteller. Stanford sharpened the thinking; twenty-five years of building companies sharpened the instincts. But the real education was people — thousands of dinners, green rooms, boardrooms, and late-night conversations where I learned what someone actually means when they tell you what they want.

I have been a member of the Magic Castle since 1995, because magic was my first love — the discipline of preparing so completely that the impossible looks effortless. I bring that same discipline to the deal table.

And I am heart-centered about all of it. I believe profit and beauty are not opposites. The partnerships worth conjuring are the ones that leave people freer, healthier, and more inspired than they were — deals that change what an industry believes is possible.

But the proudest title I hold has nothing to do with business: Dad. My daughter Violet is a USC Trojan with her sights set on Broadway. My son Grant is a filmmaker, a cross-country champion, and a leader in every room he walks into. We build unforgettable adventures around the world together — and I speak in rooms where my children can watch their father work, because the most important thing I will ever teach anyone is how to embrace your fear, stand up, and tell the world your story.

yet to be told.”

Bring me the impossible.

The best conversations start with a partnership everyone else has already called crazy. Tell me who you are and what shouldn't be possible — and let's see about that.
